Chilli Coriander Fried Rice

Serves: 4

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes


Rice- 2 cups

Water- 4 cups

Garlic- 6-7 cloves (chopped)

Red chilli- 1 (sliced)

Green chillies- 4 (sliced)

Soy sauce- 1tbsp

Coriander leaves- 4tbsp (chopped)

Salt- as per taste

Oil- 1tbsp


Wash and cook the rice in a deep bottomed pan with water for about 10 minutes on low flame.

Once done, transfer the rice to a plate and spread it with a spatula. Keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped garlic for a minute on A medium flame.

Add the red chilli and green chillies into the pan. Saute the ingredients for a minute.

Now add in the soy sauce, cooked rice, salt, coriander leaves and stir fry for 4-5 minutes.

Once done, switch off the flame and serve.
